When following a special diet it is very important to ensure we are getting the adequate nutrition our body requires to function. When cutting out foods groups it can be very common large food nutrient groups, or be at risk of being deficient in areas.​​

In some cases, testing can help identify food sensitivities or underlying gut imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms. Depending on your needs, we may explore:

  • IgG food intolerance testing – to assess delayed food reactions

  • Coeliac screening – if not already tested

  • Lactose intolerance or SIBO testing

  • Stool testing – to assess gut inflammation, digestive health, and immune reactivity

  • Zonulin and leaky gut markers – to assess intestinal barrier function

  • Histamine and DAO activity testing – for suspected histamine intolerance
