  • Gut health testing – to assess the microbiome, inflammation, and food sensitivities

  • Hormone testing – especially in cases of menstrual migraine or perimenopause

  • Blood sugar and insulin panels – to support energy and migraine stability

  • Nutrigenomic testing – to understand how your genes affect detox, inflammation, oestrogen clearance, and nutrient needs

Testing is always tailored to your symptoms and goals—there’s no one-size-fits-all - however we can discuss this on a discovery call and you may wish to view my functional medicine testing packages here

MIGRAINE is not just a bad headache.png
Claire has been a life saver. I came to her in the summer after years of suffering from dizziness and migraine.
I really wasn’t sure where to turn with my diet and approach. Claire has been amazing at helping me manage all of this. Her advice on food and lifestyle has been invaluable. Claire has also been able to advise me on supplements and the ones that would help me with my symptoms.
Things improved really rapidly, after a few months I was feeling a lot better and my symptoms were less and less. Even when I’ve felt like some symptoms have crept back in, Claire has been there to guide and help. Claire has been able to offer even more support with my trigger foods, offering lifestyle advice and guidance which is ongoing.
Thank you so much"
